Who doesn't like those little red or green grapes? The aromatic fruits are a healthy snack for in between, but they also have a long history as a remedy. For thousands of years, it has been known that a high-quality oil can be extracted from the small seeds, which can have a skin-conditioning and healing effect. The skin-loving oil and high-quality fruit extracts from the organic grape also have their big moment in selected lavera Natural Beauty products.
Real Grape – Real Enjoyment
The "True Vine" (with the Latin name "Vitis Vinifera") is a woody climbing plant that can grow up to 10 meters high, with many branched tendrils, thriving especially in warm climate zones of the Earth. It belongs to the grapevine family, and its fruits, the wonderfully sweet and sour grapes, are usually harvested in autumn. They are packed with many ingredients and contain, among other things, tartaric and malic acid, sugar, pectin, and the natural pigment anthocyanins, which give the dark grapes their intense color. The grapes also offer a lot in terms of healthy minerals: they score with vitamins A, B1, and B12 as well as vitamin C.
The best from the grape for beautiful skin
A high-quality oil is extracted from its small seeds, which can be excellently used in natural skin and hair care. In selected lavera Natural Beauty products, we use this valuable and nourishing organic grape seed oil, which can also have healing properties.
It can provide a lot of valuable moisture to skin and hair and is therefore ideal for caring for dry skin areas. Not only is the fine oil from the kernels used in lavera Natural Beauty, but the high-quality extract from the fruits is also used by us. Thanks to its high content of secondary plant substances (especially resveratrol) and numerous vitamins (including A and C), it can have an antioxidant effect on your skin.
